You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

• Unused and undamaged
• With any original tags still attached
• In its original packaging

How to start a return

Message us from the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and let you know where to send the item.

Who pays return shipping

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. If you are returning an item for another reason — wrong size, changed your mind — the return shipping cost is yours.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we process an exchange or a refund within 7 business days. Refunds are sent by bKash or bank transfer to the details you provide — we do not refund to the courier.
