By placing an order with Kopotia, you agree to these terms.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and do not include the delivery fee, which is shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale — an order is confirmed once we have checked it and reserved the stock. We may cancel an order that is out of stock or that we cannot verify, and will let you know if we do.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and the other payment methods shown at checkout.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched by messaging us from the contact page. Once dispatched, our refund and returns policy applies instead.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can vary slightly by screen, and minor variations between the photo and the item you receive are not a fault.

Ownership

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Kopotia and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page.
